Search changed. Most strategies
haven't.
I work with B2B SaaS companies, agencies, and professional services who are doing everything right and still not getting found. The problem isn't your product — it's that search now happens in three completely different places, and most businesses are only optimised for one of them. I cover all three.

Why this matters now
Search has split into three.
Here's something most SEO agencies won't tell you: Google rankings alone aren't enough anymore. A huge portion of searches now end without a single click — the answer shows up in a snippet at the top of the page and the user gets what they needed without ever visiting your site. Your content did the work, someone else got the credit.
And then there's the shift that's happening right now with AI. Your buyers aren't just Googling anymore. They're asking ChatGPT what tools to use, asking Perplexity which consultants are worth hiring, asking Gemini to compare services in your space. If your brand isn't being cited in those conversations, you're simply not part of the consideration set — and you probably don't even know it's happening.
I built my practice specifically around this gap. Not because it's a trend worth capitalising on, but because I genuinely think it's the most important shift in how businesses get discovered, and almost nobody is doing it properly yet.

Work that speaks for itself.
The best way to show you what's possible is to show you what's already happened — including on this site, which ranks for the same terms I help clients target.

Ranking for GEO, AEO, and SEO terms — using the exact same approach I use for clients
Strategy with Sukriti ranks organically for search terms like "generative engine optimisation specialist," "AEO consultant for B2B," and "SEO AEO GEO strategy." This site is built using the same technical foundations, content structure, and authority-building approach I bring to every client engagement. If you found me through search, that's the proof.
B2B SaaS · SEO + AEO
From invisible to ranking — restructuring content around buyer intent
A B2B SaaS company was generating decent traffic but almost none of it was converting. The problem wasn't the product — it was that their content was written for themselves, not for the questions their buyers were actually asking. We rebuilt their content strategy around search intent, added structured data, and targeted featured snippets for their core use cases. Within a few months, their demo requests from organic search had meaningfully increased. [Replace with your actual client story and outcome]
Professional Services · GEO
Getting cited by AI tools in a competitive consulting space
A consulting firm was getting consistently overlooked when their prospects used AI tools to research their options. We audited where they stood in AI responses, identified the topical gaps that were keeping them out of the conversation, and built a citable content programme around those gaps. Within a few months they were showing up in Perplexity and ChatGPT responses for several of their key service areas. [Replace with your actual client story and outcome]
Services
Three disciplines.
One strategist.
Depending on where you are, we might start with a one-time audit to figure out what's actually going on, move into a project, or work together on an ongoing retainer. I don't have fixed packages because most businesses don't have identical problems. What I can tell you is that everything gets done by me — I don't have a team of juniors running your accounts while I take the calls.

SEO
Search Engine Optimisation
SEO is still the foundation, but it's gotten a lot more nuanced. It's not about gaming an algorithm — it's about making sure your site is technically sound, your content is genuinely useful, and Google has enough signals to trust you as an authority in your space.
Technical SEO audit & prioritised roadmap
Keyword research & content gap analysis
On-page optimisation & internal linking
E-E-A-T signals & authority building
Monthly performance tracking & reporting

AEO
Answer Engine Optimisation
AEO is about structuring your content so it shows up in the answer itself — the featured snippet, the voice response, the People Also Ask box. You don't always get a click, but you do get seen. For a lot of businesses, that brand exposure compounds significantly over time.
Featured snippet targeting & structure
FAQ, HowTo & Speakable schema markup
People Also Ask content strategy
Voice search intent mapping
Zero-click visibility audits

GEO
Generative Engine Optimisation
GEO is about making your brand citable and trustworthy enough that AI tools — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini — recommend you when someone asks a relevant question. It's the newest of the three disciplines and where I see the biggest gap between what businesses are doing and what they should be doing.

HOW IT WORKS
What working together looks like.
01
Discovery
We start with a conversation — your business, your current situation, what you've tried, and where things have fallen short. I ask a lot of questions here because I'd rather understand what's actually going on than jump straight into recommendations that miss the point.
02
Audit & Strategy
I dig into your SEO, AEO, and GEO signals and come back with a clear picture of where you stand and what needs to happen, in order of priority. Not a 40-page report full of things you'll never action — a focused plan you can actually work with.
03
Execution
This is where most of the work happens. I either implement directly or work alongside your team — technical fixes, content, schema markup, authority-building. The scope depends on what you need, but I stay involved in the detail throughout.
04
Track & Iterate
Search evolves constantly, so this is never really finished. I track rankings, snippet performance, and AI citation frequency monthly and adjust as the landscape shifts. You'll always know what's working and why.
What clients say
Don't take
my word for it.
Sukriti was the first person who actually explained why our content wasn't converting — and then fixed it. We'd worked with two agencies before this and neither of them spotted what she found in the first week.
[Client Name]
I started showing up in ChatGPT answers for searches I'd been completely invisible on before. That's not something I even knew was possible six months ago. The GEO work has genuinely changed how prospects find us.
[Client Name]
What I appreciated most was the honesty. She told me upfront what would take time and what could move quickly, and she was right on both counts. No overpromising, no fluff — just a clear plan and solid execution.

Common questions
Things people usually ask.
I've tried to answer the most common ones honestly below. If something isn't covered here or you want a more specific answer for your situation, just get in touch.
What's the difference between SEO, AEO, and GEO?
SEO is about ranking in Google's organic results — the traditional ten blue links. AEO, or Answer Engine Optimisation, is about structuring your content so it gets pulled into featured snippets, voice answers, and People Also Ask boxes. GEO, or Generative Engine Optimisation, is the newest discipline — it's about making your brand credible and citable enough that AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini recommend you when someone asks a question in your area. They're distinct skills but they compound really well when you do all three together.
Do I need all three, or can I start with one?
You can absolutely start with one, and most people should. If your SEO fundamentals are shaky — technical issues, thin content, no clear keyword strategy — there's not much point layering AEO or GEO on top of that. But if you've got a decent SEO foundation and you're not getting the traction you'd expect, AEO or GEO is often where the real opportunity is. I'll give you an honest read on where to start when we talk.
How do you measure GEO results?
Honestly, GEO measurement is still a developing area and anyone who tells you they have a perfect system is probably overstating it. What I do is track brand mention frequency across the main AI tools — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini — using a combination of purpose-built tools like Semrush's AI Toolkit and regular manual testing with the kinds of prompts your buyers would actually use. I also look at indirect signals: branded search volume, the quality and authority of sites linking to you, and how your topical coverage compares to what AI tools are drawing on.
How long does SEO take to show results?
The real answer is 3–6 months before you see meaningful movement in organic rankings, and that's assuming the technical foundations are solid and changes get implemented promptly. AEO can be quicker — a well-structured page can land a featured snippet within weeks. GEO is slower to show up in a measurable way but it builds consistently once you've got the right content and authority signals in place. I don't promise fast results because the businesses that get burned by SEO usually got burned by someone who did.
What does a typical engagement look like?
It varies, and that's intentional. Some clients come to me for a one-time strategy audit because they want a clear picture of what's going on and a roadmap they can take to their team. Others want ongoing monthly support. Some have a specific project — a site migration, a content overhaul, a GEO push ahead of a product launch. I try to scope each engagement around what the situation actually calls for, not a pre-packaged service tier. And either way, you're working with me directly throughout.
Do you work with early-stage startups?
Yes, though my advice will be different at different stages. If you're very early and haven't launched yet, the most valuable thing I can do is help you build search intent into your content strategy from day one, rather than retrofitting it later. If you've got some traction but your organic growth has plateaued, that's usually where the AEO and GEO work gets interesting. Either way, I'll tell you what I actually think rather than just taking the engagement.
